Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this site or purchasing any of the Tickets or using any of the services available on or through it. These Terms and Conditions of use may be changed in the future without notice to you and you agree and accept that such changes shall also be binding upon you. | General Terms |
MSS Bus grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site only and not for commercial gains and to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of MSS.

| Online Reservation |
| * You can book a ticket via mssbus.com with a member login |
| * Advance booking Service available for booking 30 days prior to the date of journey. |
| * Some Special days like Pongal, Deepawali, etc advance booking Service will be avaliable before 90days. |
| * Some Service may not allow you to book ticket online, This service you can visit our branch office & get the ticket. |
* Kindly ensure Male - Male or Female - Female near by, If Male is aside to Female the seat may be altered.
if not able to alter you will not be able to travel. |
| * Check the details like date, from place, to place & amount before payment. |
* Check your ticket once its printed with date, time, place, seatno in case it has diff call our help line within 2Hr.
else it will be not the modified. |
| * Confirm the Boarding point & time to the nearest Branch office at 5PM on the departure day. |
| * Smoking and Drinking are not not allowed inside the bus. |
| * We reserves the right to change the seat number at any time. |
| * The trips are subject to cancellation or postponement due to breakdown of the vehicle or insufficient passengers for the trip. |
| * Passengers are allowed to carry 10kg as personal luggage. Exceeding the permitted luggage will be charged separately at boarding place and also subject to availability of the space in the bus. |

| Terms during the travel |
| * Passengers are requested to arrive at the boarding point at least 15 mins. Before the scheduled time of departure. |
| * Passengers are required to furnish A copy of the ticket and Identity proof at the time of boarding the bus. Failing to do so, they may not be allowed to board the bus. |
| * The company is not responsible for any loss of goods or property of the passengers and accident. |
| * The company shall not be responsible for any delay or inconvenience during the journey due to breakdown of the vehicle or other reasons beyond the control of the company. |

| Arrival and Departure times |
* The arrival and departure times mentioned on the ticket are only tentative timings. Busses may be delayed due to some unavoidable reasons like traffic jams etc., However the bus will not leave the source before the time that is mentioned on the ticket.

| Ticket Cancellation / Transfer |
| * The tickets booked through mssbus.com are cancellable except for special services with "Not Cancellation" printed on the ticket. |
| * You can cancel the E-ticket via www.mssbus.com on myticket link |
| * No Cancellation After 5 pm of the depatrue day. |
| * No Cancellation for Special service. |

| Re-Fund |
| * The refunded money is transferred back to the passenger's Credit /Debit card / Bank Account. |
* In case the amount is debited & The Ticket is not printed due to Internet or Payment Gateway error,
The amount will be returned back to the Account. |
| * It may take 2 - 4 working days to get credited to you Bank account. |

| * Between 1 to 30 days before travel date : 90 % |
| * greater than 5 hrs of the depatrue time : 75 % |
| * less then 5Hrs of the depatrue day : 0% (No-Cancellation) |
| * No-Refund if the passanger miss the Bus. |

| * In case of break down the fare for uncovered portion of journey considering the nearest fare stage will refundable. |
| * Incase on Air conditioning failur, The A/C fee of Rs. 50/- will be refunded. |
| * The trips are subject to cancellation due to breakdown of the vehicle or insufficient passengers for the trip. Under such circumstance the ticket amount will be refunded. |

| Governing Law |
| 1. These Terms & Conditions and/or the ticket booked by the User on www.mssbus.com shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. The User agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts located in Mettur Dam, Tamil Nadu, India as regards any claims or matters arising under these terms & conditions. |
